In 2005 professional rodeo photographer Russell Huffman discovered six of his pictures in a calendar being distributed nation wide.

Those calendars were being sold at the front entrance to the Professional Bull Riders' Fan Zone and offered to every person entering.  Those pictures were run without his permission and knowledge.  Some of them were credited to other people and in some cases no credit at all.

Russell asked for a proper compensation — and since that time a professional sports agent and the largest Bull Riding association in the world has attempted to drive him out of business.

Despite court decisions in Oklahoma — all the way from district court to the state supreme court (that favored Russell) — the PBR is now attempting to lay claim to the same photographs they tried to help steal the first-time around.

Money's short and times are tough and the $75,000 in legal fees fighting this merit-less case was money earmarked for his two daughter's college funds.  A multimillion dollar corporation is still trying to take mere hundreds from a working man.

Russell has now decided to pen a book about his rodeo photography experiences.

"What the Hell"  —  he won the first battle in court already!

Please use the below links to learn more about this attack on one lone rodeo photographer — who believes that he has the right to work for a living — as do all the rodeo cowboys, bull fighters and others who make the rodeo circuit such a multimillion dollar success—for agents and corporations.
